Returns & Exchanges

At Symbiote Studios, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
